Senior Consultant

Erin is a Senior Consultant with Findlay Roberts. She joins the team with 10 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry, most recently in the Sales and Distribution space as a Business Development Manager, specialising in Retail Life insurance.

During her time in the industry, she has built an extensive network and has an in depth understanding of the Life Insurance Value chain and all of the specific roles within it.

Erin is a strong advocate for Findlay Roberts’ candidate focussed approach and has previously had her own business coaching and mentoring company.

Erin joined Findlay Roberts in 2020 and is responsible for recruiting across all client facing roles within the industry as well as additional technical disciplines.
