Manager – NSW

Nick is the NSW Recruitment Manager for Findlay Roberts. His career spans fourteen years in recruitment, sales and sport. Nick’s last six years have been in Australia, specialising as a recruitment consultant and manager across various industries. Most notably, Nick has managed a successful life insurance claims and underwriting recruitment team, where he built up an extensive network of clients and candidates.

In his previous role, Nick was responsible for managing a recruitment business, as well as developing and leading strategic growth and operational efficiency programs. Nick will utilise his wealth of experience to help grow Findlay Roberts’ NSW recruitment team, whilst also partnering with candidates to assist them in planning and getting the most out of their career.

In addition to being passionate about recruitment and developing careers, Nick is a Sports lover! Although he has played cricket to a high level, you will now find him on a golf course or tennis court. He also spends his weekends cheering on his beloved Port Adelaide to ‘he hopes’ an AFL premiership.

Nick joined Findlay Roberts in 2019 and will utilise his existing network and knowledge to recruit across claims and underwriting, in addition to expanding his reach to distribution and various life insurance support functions.
